Our scope of services includes: 

• Advise and implement decor and design of event(s)

• Provide physical layouts, style files 

• Unlimited emails, phone calls, meetings  

• Extensive budgeting and payment due fee schedules

• Weekend agendas and activities

• Production timeline for all contracted vendors

• Supply personal schedule timeline for bridal party

• Suggest vendors, review vendor contracts

• Work with all venders, including but not limited to: catering companies, florists, musicians, officiant, linen resources, lodging companies, pastry chefs, photographers, rental companies, salon services, transportation companies, valet, venues, videographers, etc. 

• Wholesale account, offer local and national company relationships

• Recommend stationery designers and calligraphers, review announcements, wedding invitations, programs, menus, name cards, welcome letters

• Supervise logistics for additional events (engagement parties, welcome party, rehearsal dinner, bridesmaids luncheon, wedding brunch, group activities)

• Wedding day setup, execution, and breakdown

• Auxiliary events setup, execution and breakdown
